Avatar 2×02 - The Cave of Two Lovers

On their way to Omashu, Aang, Katara, and Sokka meet a group of nomads who show them a shortcut through the “Cave of Two Lovers.” But when the group becomes trapped in the cave, it’s up to Aang and Katara to save the group by trusting in love … and possibly questioning their relationship. Meanwhile, Iroh gets a lethal rash so Zuko and Iroh head to a small Earth Kingdom town for help, hoping their real identities will not be discovered.

The problem with the sound is it goes out on one half. It doesn’t go out altogether, but if you’ve only got one speaker and it’s set to stereo, then you’re going to have problems.

Aaaaah this show is SO funny without being stupid.
“the tunnels they are a-changin’” is a reference to a…(Bob Dylan, right)? song.

and awesome giant, dangerous, made-up animals.

The problem with the audio is that about 10 minutes in the right chanel goes out. So you will only hearing audio from one speaker or headphone (or none if you have mono speakers). This is especially bad with headphones. On the plus side, if you know how you can just rip the flv video file from the site, open it in media player classic, and then force mix the chanels, duplicating the audio across both chanels.

ok so i did some research on the southern raiders and i found this Plot:
Katara decides to help Zuko find his mother when they find information that could lead to her location.

Well, even though it doesn’t show them kissing, I always wanted to believe they did. After all, they are holding hands when the stones light up (and they were just holding the candle before it went out). And when the stones light up, Aang acts like he wants to talk about something, but I think Katara is embarrassed and runs off. Then at the end, Katara blushes a lot, and Sokka cuts his eyes at her (like he knows something). However, I have the book of Sozins Comet and at the end when Katara kisses Aang, he is “narrating” and he says that he feels just like he did in the Cave of 2 Lovers, as he narrates how beautiful Katara is and how he will keep his mouth shut this time. So, they never really say, but it adds up to me, if you think they did kiss in this epi, especially the way Katara acts at the end…
