I love the idea of maaking a sword out of a meteorite. Sword making is really fun i just wish i could get a hold of some meteor stuff

This episode was AMAZING! New favorite! Sokka was very mature, shows his real talent as a martial artist. He is steadily earning the title of ‘Man’. The meteorite sword is highly symbolic as well. Some legends claim that Masamune was crafted from a meteorite (The Japanesse equivilant of The Excalibur). Iroh, my favorite character, is also transforming. He’s training back to his days of glory! This episode was very ‘manly’ without going overboard.

the answer to your question (about the “previously on avatar” clips shown at the beginning), the clips shown are not all from the last episode. They are from episodes way back. The clip with Uncle using the Pai Sho chip was from the episode when Uncle and Zuko were traveling through the Earth Kingdom as refugees. Uncle used the Pai Sho chip with the White Lotus on it to get help from a secret society. I find that they pull clips from episodes from different seasons to use in the intro, but the clips are usually always relevant to the episode you’re watching.
